In this case, please check Search Property Page setting (visit Dashboard > Properties > Property > Search)
Also, you should choose Permalinks is Post name. Visit Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
Please make sure that you used Google Captcha version 2. Visit https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin/create to create
Next step, go to Dashboard > Properties > Settings > 3rd Party > Google Captcha and paste your keys.
Please visit Dashboard > Properties > Settings > Property > Single Page and disable settings.
