LearnPress

1. Courses

This is the heart of your LMS. Here you can:

  • Create New Courses: Build your courses from scratch.

  • Manage All Courses: View, edit, or delete existing courses in a list.

  • "Add New" Button: The quick link to start creating a new course.

2. Course Components (Under the "Courses" submenu)

These sections manage the building blocks of your courses:

  • Lessons: Manage all individual lessons across your academy. You can create standalone lessons here before adding them to a course.

  • Quizzes: Create and manage all quizzes. You can set time limits, passing grades, and more.

  • Questions: This is your Question Bank. Create questions (multiple-choice, true/false, etc.) here and then add them to any quiz in any course.

3. Orders

This is your financial hub. If you sell your courses, this is where you track all transactions.

  • View order status (Completed, Processing, Pending, Cancelled).

  • See which student purchased which course.

  • Manage payment information.

4. Categories & Tags

Essential for organization and SEO.

  • Categories: Group your courses into broad topics (e.g., "Web Development," "Digital Marketing," "Photography"). This helps students browse your catalog.

  • Tags: Use more specific keywords to describe your courses (e.g., "WordPress," "Photoshop," "Data Analysis").

5. Settings

The most important menu for configuring your academy. Key tabs include:

  • General: Set pages for your course catalog and user profiles.

  • Payments: Configure payment gateways like PayPal, Stripe, etc.

  • Emails: Customize notification emails sent to students and instructors.

  • Courses: Adjust settings for course presentation and functionality.

6. Add-ons & Tools

  • Add-ons: This is where you can extend LearnPress's functionality. You can find and install both free and premium extensions for features like WooCommerce integration, Certificates, Gradebooks, Assignments, and more.

  • Tools: Contains utilities for maintenance, such as resetting course data for testing or importing/exporting courses.

7. Course Reviews

Manage the social proof for your academy.

  • View and moderate all reviews submitted by students.

  • Approve or delete reviews to maintain quality.
