When creating a page with Elementor, please search elementor with name "Opal Brands" widget.
When drag to widget , Brand config will display look like:
With Brands
Step 1 : Click button "Add Item" to add brand name, choose image and link of brand
Step 2 : In Settings , you can set up image size, columns and alignment of brand .
With Carousel : Set up carousel for brand if you want please enable button
