# Enquire contact form

### Requirements

* Make sure that your mail function is enabled on your server. You should contact your server admin to ask.
* If you use a localhost or because of any reason that your mail function not work, you can use SMTP plugins for WordPress. Example: <https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smtp/>
* Try sending a mail. You can use [Contact Form 7](https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/) plugin or any [test send mail plugins](https://wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/).

### Where will the email be sent?

* By default, the email will be sent to the property author/host who creates it. It means the receiver is not fixed, as long as he/she creates the property. The receiver can be an administrator, an agent or an agency. See the default setting in **Contact Member** tab:

You can switch to **User Assignment** tab to see exactly the author/host.

* You can set receiver is another user. You just change Author Information in **Contact Member** tab.

Please enter an Agent or an Agency name in the Agent/Agency field. See this case:

### The receiver email

The receiver email is user email. You can visit Dashboard > Users to find an exact email that you chosen in **Contact Member** tab.
