# Add Form

**Step 1** - From admin Dashboard, navigate to **Donations--> Add Form**

**Step 2** - Form donate will display : Please enter title and add categories, tags of donate

**Step 3** - You can see Donation Form Options : Please enter all configs in box.

**Step 4** - Click to button "**Publish**" when donate is ready
